Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of mechanical maintenance experience in industrial environments.
• Associates degree preferred in mechanical tech or engineering tech fields.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices to keep equipment operating safely.
• Perform preventative, predictive and emergency electrical maintenance on various systems.
• Install piping, welding, rigging, carpentry and other repairs across plant spaces.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Use diagnostic tools to assess and troubleshoot issues and document work.
• Support daily meetings and prioritize the daily schedule of work.
• Operate trucks, man lifts, cranes, and related equipment.
• Work across multiple plant areas and at various heights or confined spaces.
