Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, and schematics to determine scope and manpower.
• Execute Work Plans for major components and monitor adherence.
• Order self-perform materials from approved suppliers and ensure timely requisitions.
• Monitor daily labor costs and production rates against budgets.
• Encourage efficiency improvements and provide coaching on productivity.
• Execute hourly timecard reporting.
• Maintain and store equipment and hand tools for crew end-of-day.
• Provide detailed daily and weekly construction plans; manage schedule.
• Schedule QA/QC inspections to obtain owner acceptance.
• Inspect work to meet tolerances; take corrective action as needed.
• Lead and motivate crew; train subcontractors and promote development.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure plan, specs, and schedules compliance.
• Conduct toolbox and JHA safety meetings; enforce safety regulations.
• Investigate alternate methods to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with plans and specifications; complete closeout tasks.
• Maintain daily activity logs and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training and record hours; fill Foreman's Daily Control.
• Other duties as assigned.
