Induction Professional in Youngstown, OH is seeking an Intermediate Industrial Mechanic and Technician to support fabrication and assembly of engineered systems.

You will perform grinding, welding, rigging, and safe operation of cranes and forklifts, while reading detailed drawings to assemble and finish complex components. This hands-on role offers growth in an advanced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing specialized products.
• Grinding, welding (MIG/TIG), brazing, burning and heating.
• Overhead cranes and fork trucks experience (fork truck cert is a plus).
• Knowledge of basic rigging techniques for lifting and positioning.
• Familiarity with electric induction heating and melting equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand detailed drawings and specifications.
• Initial fabrication experience and understanding of assemblies and support structures.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in a specialized technical environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while complying with PPE and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Execute mechanical work including grinding, basic welding, brazing, burning, and heating.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals with brazing techniques.
• Operate overhead cranes and fork trucks with safe material handling.
• Apply basic rigging techniques for lifting and positioning components.
• Read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications.
• Support fabrication tasks and contribute to assembly and support structures.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously within the same timeframe.
• Adapt and expand current skills to complete projects from start to finish.
