The position requires willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, day and night, and to bring a basic tools set. Starting pay is $32.42 per hour with potential increases for welding certification training and a $1.00 night shift premium.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour day and night shifts.
• Must supply own basic set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Plant Oiling of Equipment.
• Pull Oil Samples.
• Painting and general maintenance tasks.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on dust collectors.
• Fabricate small sheet‑metal and wood components.
• Assist/train other Industrial Mechanics.
