Job summary

Silgan Containers in California is seeking an Industrial Mechanic to maintain and repair our multi-technology can lines on a rotating night shift. You will troubleshoot close-tolerance mechanical systems and perform quality checks to ensure production goals are met.

This role offers competitive starting pay, shift differential, overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and 401(k) with a 3% match. No steel-toed boots required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency.
• 2+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic preferred but not required.
• Desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements.

Starting pay is $28.93/hour + shift differential.

Shift: 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule.
