Job summary

Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, seeks an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment at our Milwaukee facility.

You will perform preventative maintenance, run diagnostics, read electrical and mechanical drawings, use hand and power tools, document work orders, and support plant projects. A high school diploma and 2–4 years in manufacturing maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance in accordance with PM procedures.
• Performs diagnostic tests and troubleshoots equipment to assess condition and functionality.
• Documents maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and work performed.
• Assists with installation, modification, or relocation of machinery and equipment.
• Follows safety procedures and communicates issues and solutions to team members.
