3M Cordova is actively seeking an Industrial Mechanic to maintain, repair, install and overhaul production equipment and facilities, including pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and boilers. You will troubleshoot, service and document activity, working safely under 3M policies in Cordova, IL.
This role may operate on 12‑hour rotating shifts (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am) and requires a High School Diploma/GED plus 5+ years in industrial maintenance or equivalent journeyman training; strong teamwork and safety
