Job summary

QRC Group, LLC in East-US seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair manufacturing and packaging equipment. The role requires the ability to diagnose failures, perform basic troubleshooting, and keep detailed records while maintaining cGMP compliance.

Candidates must have a valid Industrial Mechanic Certification or related qualification, 3+ years of experience, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

• At least 3 years of experience with manufacturing and/or laboratory equipment.
• Availability to work any shift (24/5).

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance and repair of manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Identify, locate and diagnose failures and replace defective components.
• Maintain records ensuring cGMP compliance and safe work practices.
• Coordinate maintenance on critical equipment with supervision and work across multiple shifts.
• Respond to equipment monitoring & building management system alerts and alarms.
• Ensure work orders are completed on time and maintain safety standards.

Job Description

Performs basic tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of manufacturing and packaging equipment. Availability to work in East-US.

• Able to identify, locates and diagnoses failure, replaces defective components and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
• Maintain accurate records always keeping equipment and systems cGMP compliant.
• Uses a variety of hand, power and test tools and equipment.
• Performs routine general maintenance tasks as designated by supervisor, to include any or all the following areas: process (formulation tanks and filler machines) and packaging equipment, utility equipment; HVAC; Purified water among others.
• Coordinates and executes maintenance on critical systems/equipment with supervisor.
• Performs multi-shift work as required.
• Maintain a safe work environment; work in a safe manner following all safety SOP's and wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
• Able to check and respond to troubleshooting activities for Equipment Monitoring & Building Management Systems alerts and alarms.
• Ensure maintenance work orders are completed on time while adhering to operational standards.
• Availability to work in North Carolina.
