Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English and perform basic math skills.
• Must understand quality standards and adhere to product drawings/instructions.
• Must follow safety requirements including use of PPE daily.
• Ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers of diverse backgrounds.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 10-50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Paint products using various paint systems and finishes.
• Follow Product Data Sheet requirements: ratio, solids, pot life, cure time.
• Measure coating thickness using WFT/DFT and apply spray accordingly.
• Complete APCD daily VOC logs and maintain spray equipment.
