Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager, MEP in I&M to provide consulting services for an assigned market or high-profile client account and drive projects from initiation through completion.

This role supervises multi-disciplinary real estate projects, coordinating with clients on scope, budget, schedules, and risk management. The successful candidate will lead project delivery, mentor team members, and apply advanced methods to improve processes, ensuring on-time, on-budget

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout).
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through qualification process; conduct complex RFQs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure all functions stay on schedule and issues are resolved or raised.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project team through implementation and completion.
• Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop better methods for objectives in individual and departmental areas.
• Showcase expertise in job subject area and related fields within the organization function.
• Coach others to deepen knowledge and expertise across the function.
• Lead by example consistent with CBRE RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
• Impact customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams; communicate complex ideas with the ability to influence.

About the role

The Senior Project Manager, MEP in I&M provides consulting services for an assigned market or high-profile client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What you’ll do

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or raised.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
• Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
• Showcase expertise in own job subject area and in-depth knowledge of other job fields within the organization function.
• Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
