Quality Talent Group is seeking an Entry Level - Maintenance Technician to support preventive and corrective maintenance on mining and processing equipment. The role focuses on keeping plant and conveyor systems in peak condition and ensuring safety policies are followed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and basic mechanical skills, with welding, fabrication, and PPE compliance knowledge. This position offers a supportive team and growth opportunities across North America.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, or industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical skills including welding (stick/arc), light fabrication, cutting torch, and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: Experience operating skid-steer, man-lift, or similar equipment.
• Ability to follow PPE requirements, including respirator use (clean-shaven for proper fit).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust plant and conveying equipment.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used replacement parts.
• Execute emergency repairs to address equipment breakdowns.
• Report issues and repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.
