SRC Technologies Group, a SRC Holdings Corporation subsidiary headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a Maintenance technician to assist in completing basic maintenance projects and PM efforts.

The role involves routine maintenance on machinery and electrical equipment, with opportunities to work across electrical, mechanics, welding, plumbing, pneumatics/hydraulics, and carpentry, in a culture that emphasizes ownership and safety.

Qualifications

• Performs routine maintenance on machinery and electrical equipment.
• May perform specialized tasks in electrical/electronics, mechanics, welding, plumbing, pneumatics/hydraulics, and carpentry.
• Acts as point person for preventive maintenance using MWR to analyze equipment problems.

Responsibilities

• Primarily performs routine, general maintenance tasks on machinery/electrical equipment, tooling and systems.
• Duties may include specialized tasks in electrical/electronics, mechanics, welding, plumbing, pneumatics/hydraulics, carpentry.
• Follow preventive maintenance and inspection measures for machinery and equipment.
• Support Open Book Management principles and ownership responsibilities.
• Adhere to safety standards and wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Work Monday through Thursday 6:00-4:30 with potential overtime on Fridays 6:00-2:00.

• Primarily performs routine, general maintenance tasks on machinery/electrical equipment, tooling and systems.
• Duties may include specialized tasks in:
• Electrical/electronics
• Mechanics
• Welding
• Plumbing
• Point person for preventive maintenance process, including use of MWR to develop reports to analyze and identify equipment problems.
• Follow preventative maintenance and inspection measures for machinery and equipment
• Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company.
• Required to follow safety standards. Required to wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
• Work attendance must be exemplary.
• We work Monday thru Thursday 6:00-4:30 with potential overtime on Fridays 6:00-2:00 -----
