Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Industrial Maintenance training at a technology center or trade school.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing with machine repair, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical and motor controls circuits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, repair, and maintain production equipment for continuous operation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and general repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose problems with machinery and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with line leads and supervisors on status of machines and defect reduction.
• Prepare maintenance work orders and document improvements and failures.
• Support 5S, safety, quality, and production goals.
• Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble equipment as needed.
• Respond to alarms and bring issues to resolution.
• Participate in continuous process improvement to reduce waste and cycle times.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment; work across designated shifts.
