Wells is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair building systems and production equipment for safe, reliable operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and support electrical, mechanical, and safety systems including alarms and ventilation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on, safety-focused expertise, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and is comfortable with industrial machinery, motors, controls,

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Maintenance training or certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Able to troubleshoot VFDs, PLCs, motors, sensors, relays, switches.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read electrical schematics & mechanical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Document findings, coordinate repairs with Production to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and maintain motors, sensors, relays, and electrical controls.
• Support installation, setup, modification, and commissioning of equipment.
