Job summary

Wells is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair production equipment and building systems for safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and support electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and safety systems while coordinating with Production to minimize downtime. A strong emphasis on safety and reliability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Industrial maintenance training or certification is preferred.
• Experience as Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Inspect and repair production equipment such as conveyors, pumps, and motors; document repairs and parts used.
