Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Forklift, cutting equipment, arc welder and power tools certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services on operating equipment within assigned work areas.
• Troubleshoot process equipment and identify mechanical or operational issues.
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Participate in the Maintenance and Reliability program to maximize plant efficiency and equipment availability.
• Inspect equipment, identify deficiencies, and take corrective action.
• Use forklifts, cutting equipment, arc welders, power tools, and other tools as required.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with coworkers, supervisors, Operations and other departments.
• Follow work instructions, maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and operating practices.
• Monitor equipment performance and report recurring problems or reliability concerns.
• Plan and organize assigned work amid changing maintenance priorities.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas.
• Support plant safety, environmental compliance, production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, leadership, and effective teamwork.
