Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Safety, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proprietary ALPLA equipment and general facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on molding machines and packaging systems.
• Install and set up equipment and perform minor modifications for production needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair molding machines to minimize downtime.
• Support facility maintenance and collaborate with the facilities team.
• Carry out predictive maintenance using condition monitoring and data analysis.
