Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Mankato, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair devices, using CMMS to manage work requests and schedule activities while collaborating with operations to drive improvements.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance. U.S.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals and layouts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, implement, and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance for production and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment, including unscheduled repairs.
Use CMMS to process work requests, manage maintenance data, and schedule activities.
Collaborate with operations to ensure resource availability and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain facility safety, including equipment installation and grounds upkeep.
