Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking an Maintenance Technician to service our Louisiana-based plants. You will troubleshoot electrical control systems, PLCs, drives, and hydraulics while maintaining equipment in a fast-paced linen facility.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, daily readings, and responding to calls during production hours, plus training new staff on proper operation.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays.
• Have keen acumen relating to safety and quality.
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation.
• Responding to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation.
