Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services in Louisiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our growing linen service plants. The role focuses on electrical control troubleshooting, PLCs, drives, and mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly.

The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, monitor boiler chemistry and sanitation, respond to calls during production, and assist in training new staff in proper machinery operation.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to access all areas of facilities.
• Experience with PLCs, inverter drives, hydraulics, and belts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Record daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation.
• Respond to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repair machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation.
