Hutchinson Group in Livingston, TN is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems while supporting the PM program and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Industrial Maintenance degree/certificate or equivalent related experience.
• Experience with: PLCs; Hydraulics and pneumatics; Robotics; Welding; AC/DC electrical systems; Motor controls; Plumbing.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
• Minimize equipment downtime through rapid response and effective problem-solving.
• Support and maintain the preventive maintenance (PM) program.
• Assist with maintenance inventory and spare parts management.
• Train and support new employees as needed.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Work independently while collaborating with production and maintenance teams.
