Job summary

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to ensure continuous production in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing PLC, motor, and control issues; reading schematics; and coordinating with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams while meeting GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical or Electrical Technology, or related field (or 5+ years industrial maintenance experience).
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider).
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, and work orders.
• Experience using a CMMS and adhering to safety/compliance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial production and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain equipment such as mixers, conveyors, ovens, flow wrappers, and related machinery.
• Diagnose issues with PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents to complete repairs.
• Document maintenance work using a CMMS system.
• Follow safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements including GMP, SQF, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Support fast-paced manufacturing environment with high-volume production.
