Integrity Trade Services, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, IN, to start immediately at $25.00 per hour. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining production machinery, diagnosing electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Strong reading of schematics and thorough documentation are required. Compensation includes comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire, with weekly paycheck administration.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to pass aptitude test, background check, and drug screening.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain production machinery such as motors, conveyors, PLC systems, boilers, and hydraulic equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Document all work accurately in company software.
