Job summary

Young Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Earth City, MO manufacturing site. You will work under general supervision to keep machines, equipment, and facilities in proper working order, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, equipment installation, and adherence to GMP, safety, and company policies. This role supports continuous production and facility reliability.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Follow safety, GMP, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Trouble shoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical problems
• Assemble mechanical and electrical machines
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and building systems
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, and lubricate parts as needed
• Follow Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and safety guidelines
