Job summary

Randstad USA in Aurora, CO seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe, productive facility. You will install, maintain, and repair machines, tools, and utility systems, supporting production through preventative services and repairs.

Requirements include 2+ years in PCB or similar manufacturing, HVAC and piping experience, and ability to read blueprints and manuals. Standard shift 8 AM–4 PM; overtime may be required. High School education required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Printed Circuit Board or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience with installation and repair of manufacturing and facilities support equipment (HVAC, etc.).
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills desirable.
• Able to read equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance requirements by coordinating with management, engineering and production staff.
• Schedule and perform repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Support product development by coordinating with design engineers on equipment needs and modifications.
• Direct installation and maintenance of utility systems (heat, power, gas, air).
• Design and modify preventive maintenance programs and review maintenance reports.
• Respond to maintenance calls and assist production and engineering personnel as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment in compliance with procedures.
