Job summary

BHS Corrugated & Robotics is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Green Bay site to join the onsite M2P team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corrugating equipment, ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, is comfortable troubleshooting, and can work independently. Corrugated experience is not required—we’ll teach you our equipment, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends or holidays when needed.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and technology.
• Corrugated experience is NOT required - we'll teach you our equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Complete lubrication and scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment problems and support continuous improvement.
• Work closely with operators, customers and the onsite maintenance team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation when needed.
