Job summary

BHS Corrugated North America in Green Bay, WI is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our on-site M2P team. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corrugating equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, be able to troubleshoot independently, and be flexible to work evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays when needed.
• Corrugated experience is NOT required — we’ll teach you our equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Complete lubrication and scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment problems and support continuous improvement.
• Work closely with operators, customers and the onsite maintenance team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation when needed.
