Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Charlotte, NC. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, fans, belts, and piping.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with training 6:00 AM–2:30 PM for about 3–6 months. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, HVAC, or facilities environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment issues.
• Maintain pumps, motors, fans, belts, filters, piping systems, and related equipment.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Conduct inspections to reduce downtime and keep equipment running safely.
