Stryten Energy in Salina, KS, is hiring for a Maintenance Technician to help keep our heavy manufacturing equipment running reliably. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems on battery production lines.

We value hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, safety compliance, and the ability to work with tools and lifting requirements. Starting wage is $31.69 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must achieve passing score on pre-employment assessment.
• Mechanical skills and experience in maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Previous industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment by completing preventive and planned maintenance on plant equipment.
• Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts.
• Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures including Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) and Confined Space Entry.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Comply with Quality System requirements and Lean Manufacturing procedures.
• Perform other work as assigned by management.
