Job summary

Taylor, TX-based manufacturing facility is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience to troubleshoot and repair motors, production equipment, and ovens, ensuring safe and efficient operation across the line.

Candidates will perform basic electrical wiring, preventive maintenance, calibrate tools, operate a forklift, and keep parts and work areas organized.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and basic wiring skills.
• Experience working with motors and production machinery.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Dependable and mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair motors, machinery, and production equipment
• Perform basic electrical wiring and machine hookups
• Maintain and repair approximately 30 industrial ovens
• Calibrate screwdrivers and other tools/equipment
• Perform preventive and general facility maintenance
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs as needed
• Safely operate a forklift
• Keep maintenance tools, parts, and work areas organized
• Handle additional maintenance projects assigned
