Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, utilities, equipment, machinery and grounds.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts and sketches.
• Install and maintain gas, water, steam and air lines; move machinery as needed.
• Use scaffolds, cranes, hoists, trucks and trade tools.
• Perform masonry, painting, plumbing, welding and carpentry.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
