Cannonball Recruiting LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical) in Irving, TX to troubleshoot, maintain and repair production equipment in a heavy industrial setting. Pay is $30–36/hr, with day shift and OT as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with CNC machines, welding equipment, overhead cranes, or similar industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, and gearboxes.
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience are ideal.
• Must provide own basic tools and toolbox.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment and ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Repair CNC machines, welding equipment, overhead cranes, presses, and other industrial equipment.
• Diagnose equipment problems and repair or replace mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems, including motors, wiring, and control panels.
