Qualifications

• Experience as a machine repair technician.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety standards with PPE and site cleanliness.
• Visually inspect machines to locate malfunctions and test repairs.
• Change hose assemblies and conveyor belts; replace worn parts of drive/hydraulic systems.
• Locate damaged pipes and install new ones; test operation after repair.
• Perform yard and plant equipment cleaning and general housekeeping.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant and yard equipment and machines.
• Torch cutting and welding; perform other duties as assigned.
