Job summary

Chemstar Products is seeking a maintenance technician to repair and service machinery in a manufacturing setting. You will interpret drawings, use PPE, and ensure safety protocols are followed while maintaining and repairing equipment.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and PLC knowledge. Shift flexibility and ability to work with a team are essential. A Boiler License is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and welding certification required.
• Lock Out Tag Out, Respirators, Hot work, Confined space knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to plant operations.
• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and downtime reduction activities.
• Utilize CMMS daily to record work orders and parts.
• Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
