About the Role

This position involves providing mechanical support by responding to operational changes due to malfunction, breakdown, relocation, or modification of mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Minimum Effectiveness Level (MEL) within 3 years of hire.
• Assist the maintenance team and support all maintenance department activities as directed.
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and promptly.
• Perform emergency repairs independently or with team assistance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and quality standards and policies.
• Work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to follow diagrams, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Complete documentation as required.
• Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience

• Preferred experience in industrial mechanical maintenance and electrical systems.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to pass a physical exam and work in elevated areas with fall protection.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work safely at heights.
