Job summary

Sandridge Crafted Foods is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our food manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery while supporting downtime reduction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment.
• Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues
• Install, repair, and adjust motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, sensors, and production equipment
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed
• Work closely with Production to resolve equipment issues and improve machine reliability
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation using CMMS
• Maintain a clean, safe maintenance shop and work environment
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, continuous improvement, and capital projects
• Follow all food safety, GMP, SQF, and workplace safety standards
