Industrial Maintenance Technician II - Split Shift

Job Overview

Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Princeton, MN. Established in 1947, we are a custom cabinet manufacturer known for exceptional value and quality. Our cabinets are sold through independent dealers across the USA and Canada. We value craftsmanship and teamwork to ensure perfect results.

Schedule and Compensation

Split Shift: Monday - Thursday, 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM; Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Salary Grade G: $25.75 - $31.55 per hour, with a $2.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair machines and equipment.
  • Install new machinery and equipment.
  • Read and interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Train operators on equipment use.
  • Fabricate production aids such as jigs and carts.
  • Set up and operate machinery including milling machines and lathes.
  • Perform basic work on CNC equipment.
