Luxium Solutions in Milford, NH seeks a Facility Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring safe, efficient plant operations. You will support furnaces, machinery, and facility systems, with independent handling of complex tasks and a focus on safety and performance.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, basic machining and electrical/plumbing skills, and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of industrial maintenance or facilities experience.
• 3 years of mechanical, electrical, plumbing background with industrial equipment maintenance.
• General machining skills (lathe, mill, welding: MIG/Stick/TIG).
• 3 years experience with process cooling water systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics, and manuals.
• Proficient with shop math and reading measuring equipment.
• Ability to perform tasks safely and follow OSHA standards.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• On-call availability on a rotating basis.
• Perform machine repair, electrical, HVAC, welding, carpentry, plumbing tasks.
• Assist with electrical equipment installations per NEC; test with DMM.
• Install plumbing up to specified sizes; fabricate equipment as needed.
• Disassemble/reassemble production machinery to locate defects.
• Repair or replace parts such as bearings, motors, pumps, gears.
• Work anywhere on site; use ladders or confined spaces as needed.
• Repair automated equipment using PLCs, PCs, and HMIs.
