JOB DETAILS

Base Starting Wage: $21.50 - $25.50

Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday - Monday

A maintenance technician, or Maintenance Mechanic, is responsible for performing ongoing facility maintenance and repairs on equipment. Duties include fixing machinery, plumbing, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems, inspecting buildings to ensure safety standards, and reporting major breakdowns and repairs on machinery.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of related work experience in manufacturing or a comparable environment
  • Relevant degree from college, technical college, or military experience
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools; ability to disassemble machines and replace defective parts
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Teamwork skills
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with measuring instruments
