Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift to help maintain an industrial laundry facility. You will assist with repairing, installing and troubleshooting equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, and support preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on repair experience in industrial settings, blueprint reading, and the ability to read English maintenance literature.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience reading a blueprint.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain maintenance records and monitor inventory.
• Support indoor/outdoor housekeeping as needed.
