Industrial Maintenance Technician - Night Shift (Hiring Bonus Eligible)

Position Details:

• Title: Industrial Mechanic Technician
• Pay Rate: $29.27/hr
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year, and additional bonuses at 2 years
• Retention Bonus: $500 after 1 year, with a lump sum after 2 years
• Category/Shift: Full-Time Night Shift
• Location: Sealy Box, 1485 Silliman Street, Sealy, TX 77474

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize mechanical skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, and lubrication
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, A/C, motors, drives, and schematics in a continuous process environment
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Perform preventative maintenance in assigned areas
• Maintain safety, attendance, and quality standards
• Work effectively in teams and cross-train in technical areas
• Work flexible shifts and weekends as required
• Use computer systems for maintenance and work orders

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of PLCs, A/C, motors, schematics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Basic tool proficiency
• Experience with mobile equipment (forklifts, boom lifts)
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer skills
• Physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and stand for long periods
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs occasionally
