Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Person

Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Person to assist our Maintenance Technician. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
2. Dismantle defective machines and equipment, then install new or repaired parts.
3. Clean and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
4. Install and repair electrical apparatus, including transformers, wiring, and electronic components of machinery.
5. Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment such as programmable controllers.
6. Set up and operate machine tools like lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines to repair or fabricate parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
7. Operate cutting torches or welding equipment.

Qualifications

Technical school training or 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
