Techo-Bloc in Douglassville, PA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with 480VAC, 120VAC, 24VDC, and 4–20mA systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use multimeters, meggers, and related tools.
• MIG/Stick welding, fabrication, rigging, and precision measuring tool experience.
• Knowledge of motors, drives, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
• A safety-first mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, belts, chains, drives, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and VFDs.
• Read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and identify parts needed to complete repairs efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime, reliability, and equipment performance.
• Fabricate, weld, repair, and modify components as needed.
• Document work, labor hours, and parts usage in the maintenance system.
• Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, team-focused work environment.
