Rogers Manufacturing Corporation in Ashland City, TN is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors and production machines. You will troubleshoot malfunctions, locate sources of problems, and assist with part fabrication and repair activities.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, use of precision tools, and adherence to safety rules. This is a full-time, in-person position with opportunities to contribute to uptime and process

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation of machinery and equipment by performing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions by observing devices in operation and using measuring instruments.
• Removes defective parts and disassembles devices using hoists and tools.
• Maintains inventory and orders parts to ensure continuous maintenance activities.
• Provides maintenance information, prepares reports, and analyzes trends.
