Job summary

RK Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Machine Technician to repair and maintain industrial equipment, perform preventative and predictive maintenance, and troubleshoot production and facilities systems.

You will work independently and with plant personnel to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency, while maintaining thorough records of time, parts, and repairs. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC repair capabilities, plus tool proficiency and a

Qualifications

3 years experience in the same or similar industry.
High School diploma, GED or vocational training/certification.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Fully competent in conventional aspects of the subject matter.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on industrial equipment and troubleshoot issues.
Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC components as needed.
Complete work orders with inspections and timely repairs.
Fabricate and modify new and existing equipment.
Train team members on setup, lockout, and operation of fabrication equipment.
Adhere to safety policies and regulations and maintain records.
