Job Summary

Provide mechanical support for operational changes, including malfunction repairs, breakdowns, relocations, replacements, or modifications of mechanical systems and equipment.

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve Minimum Effectiveness Level (MEL) within 3 years of hire
• Assist maintenance team and support maintenance department tasks
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and timely
• Perform emergency repairs independently or with assistance
• Conduct preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
• Adhere to safety, quality, and sanitation standards
• Work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Follow diagrams, manuals, and troubleshooting guides
• Complete documentation as required
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Education & Experience

• Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance and electrical systems preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Additional Requirements

• Complete a post-offer physical exam
• Work in elevated areas above 4 feet, climb ladders, and wear fall protection as needed
