Job summary

Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division seeks a Utility Maintenance worker in South Bend, IN. The role focuses on basic repairs, recycling, facility and equipment maintenance, and supporting safety and efficiency projects.

You will work with CMMS and operating material handling equipment to keep the plant running smoothly. The position requires forklift experience, at least 1 year in maintenance, and the ability to perform snow removal, painting, and routine preventative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year maintenance or industrial facility experience.
• Minimum 2 years Fork Lift Experience.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance with basic repairs and recycling program.
• Operate forklift, cranes, and hoists to move equipment and loads.
• Maintain oil/fluid recycling program and pump oil from pits.
