ILLES Foods is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. The role ensures food safety, legality, and quality standards while supporting production and site integrity.

Required four years of related experience; high school diploma or equivalent, with a plus for an associate or bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical fields. Immediate benefits and career growth await.

Formación

• Maintenance skills to keep machines and facility in repair.
• Root cause analysis and durable repairs under time pressure.
• Hands-on expertise across mechanical, electrical, and related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Complete maintenance work orders to repair machines and facility structures.
• Work from drawings and computer guidance; interpret maintenance data.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production and plant equipment.
• Collaborate across teams to minimize downtime.
• Generate, maintain, and close work requests in CMMS.
• Ensure equipment is ready for on-time start-ups.
• Maintain MSS, AIB, and FDA compliant facilities.
• Follow purchasing procedures and know vendor locations.
• Keep area clean and comply with GMP and safety policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
