Job summary

Rudolph Foods is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient operation of equipment in our food manufacturing facility. You will perform emergency and scheduled maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, troubleshoot and repair issues, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes reducing downtime, supporting production goals, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate or two years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing and packaging equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Training in electrical safety and PLC troubleshooting essential.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to minimize production disruptions.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and PMs on equipment.
• Assist operations with machine setup to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform tasks accurately.
• Maintain equipment and document work orders.
• Keep parts inventory sufficient to minimize downtime.
• Report and document maintenance activities.
