JonnyPops, LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to monitor and maintain plant systems and equipment at our Elk River facility. You will service conveyors, gearboxes, motors, packaging lines, freezers and related equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role requires 2 years of maintenance experience on industrial food equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• 2 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs on industrial food manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of single and three phase electrical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Performs preventive maintenance inspection; diagnose, repair, and rebuild major equipment/components including conveyors, pumps, mixers, gearboxes, motors, packaging equipment, freezers and building systems.
• Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules; informs supervisor if more work is needed or cannot be completed within Standard Repair Times.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends to support operations.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area per OSHA standards and follows safety procedures.
• Installs, adjusts and repairs packaging equipment for optimal performance.
• Overhauls and maintains equipment during production and non-production periods.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes machine and system problems.
• Follow GMP guidelines; use food-grade lubricants and tag equipment after maintenance.
